Access requirements

Use the permissions of the real upstream account

The API client must have the relevant TI Store product access. OAuth success alone does not guarantee that inventory endpoints are enabled for that myTI account.

Evidence boundary

A failed read never becomes false inventory

Chip Monitor cannot expand a TI account's product permissions. If TI returns an authorization or catalog restriction, the target is marked unavailable instead of guessing inventory.
