Chip Monitor

Privacy policy

Last updated: August 26, 2026

Who we are

Chip Monitor (also called MPN Radar) is operated at https://mpnradar.com. Contact [email protected] for privacy questions.

What we collect

Account data: work email, password hash, language preference, and plan entitlement.

Monitoring data you create: part numbers, channel selections, alert conditions, and notification destinations such as email, WeCom, webhooks, or Weixin iLink.

Operational records: collection results, timestamps, source channels, evidence codes, delivery attempts, and billing events if you subscribe.

We do not ask for supplier passwords on the public monitoring path. Ordering workflows, when separately enabled, keep supplier credentials encrypted and never show them again.

How we use data

To run monitoring, send the alerts you configure, operate billing, and keep the service secure.

We do not sell your account or monitoring data. Collection failures are stored as collection failures, not as zero stock.

Retention and access

Account and monitoring data stay for as long as the account is active. You can ask us to correct or delete personal account data by emailing the address above.

Signed-in routes are private to your account. Platform administrators can see operational health and the plan assigned to an account.

Cookies

We use cookies that are required to keep you signed in and remember language. Chip Monitor does not load third-party analytics cookies on the public site.
